Mr. Stahlke is responsible for developing Lane Company's acquisition strategy and overseeing all of the firm's acquisitions. Mr. Stahlke came out of retirement to take the position. Before his retirement, he was President of Windsor Capital Partners (now known as The Shoptaw Group) and President of Executive Capital Corporation. Mr. Stahlke has also been a long-time volunteer and fundraiser for two nonprofit organizations, HOPE for Children and HOPE for Kids.

George was trained as an accountant, but real estate was his true calling. He founded Lane Company in 1974, sold it to Johnstown American a few years later and became that company’s president. He eventually left to get into development and construction, then re-launched lane company as a property management firm. Throughout the years, he’s been personally committed to community service and improving the lives of lane company’s residents, especially those in low-income communities.
Ken joined Lane in January of 2012, as COO. Mr. Miller has over 29 years of large-scale corporate technology experience
(software applications development, LAN/WAN design-deployment, Voice, Video, Data infrastructure design and contract
negotiation) with 19 years of real estate experience (Insignia Financial Group, Pinnacle, Ambling Companies, Peak Campus Management),
including entrepreneurial as well as operational components of real estate businesses. His duties at Lane include all
oversight of corporate operations, marketing/branding, national purchasing, and information technology.
He is also very involved in the strategic planning of Lane’s core operations.
Kelly joined Lane in May of 2012, as President of Lane Management. Ms. Scott has over 26 years of experience in the multifamily industry. During her career, she held senior management positions with such firms as Insignia, Pinnacle Realty Management and Trammell Crow Residential.
Prior to joining Lane, Ms. Scott was Executive VP at Riverstone Residential Group, overseeing 20,000 units in numerous markets. She has been involved in all aspects of property management, including acquisitions, development, new construction, lease-ups and renovation. In addition, Ms. Scott has experience with diverse property types, including tax credit, student housing and conventional assets.
She is on the board of the Houston Apartment Association and holds her CAM and CAPS designations.
Mr. Lawrence has been in the affordable housing industry over 30 years. He joined Lane Company in 1995 and currently oversees
the Atlanta Housing Authority portfolio.
Ashley comes to Lane with over 10 years of multi-family management experience spanning a variety of portfolios including
conventional, tax credit, bond, senior, mixed-use, and student housing.
Ashley has been involved in massive renovation and
capital projects and has a proven track record in extremely successful lease-ups.
Ashley`s focus is the exceptional management
of assets using a back-to-basics and hands-on property management approach.
Monroe holds a Master`s Degree in Business Administration
from Wilmington University and a Bachelor`s Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Delaware.
Ms. Zitterkopf has been involved in the property management industry for over 22 years throughout the Mid Southern
and Northern regions as well as the Mid Atlantic.
Stephanie has been involved with new construction lease-ups, property rehabs,
repositioning assets and large-scale capital improvement projects culminating in profitable, stabilized asset performance and growth.
Her expertise lies in assembling, training and leading highly motivated, success oriented teams in achieving difficult goals with
outstanding results. She has had experience in all aspects of property management on market rate, tax credit and affordable for
multi-family, seniors and student housing in multi-state areas.
Rick joined Lane Company in 2009. He has been in the multi-family industry for 23 years and has held various management
and executive management level positions covering on a national basis.
Rick has vast experience with diverse geographic
markets and property types. He has more than 10 years experience in student housing and specializes in lease-up situations
and troubled assets.
Jones previously worked for companies such as Lend Lease, Western National Group, Balcor and Centrum
He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix and is a current CPM® candidate.
Bill joined Lane in July of 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years of experience in property management, Bill has significant knowledge of key industry sectors including student housing, conventional multi-family as well as commercial office and retail management.
In his position as President and Chief Executive Officer, he will oversee the organizational operations, including asset management and business development.
Prior to joining Lane, Bill was with Peak Campus Management, LLC, as President His strengths include building high energy teams that can focus on operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, property financial results, and green initiatives.
Beyond his work with Peak Campus Management, LLC Bill has also held positions as Chief Operating Officer with Innovative Student Housing, and Campus Advantage where he was responsible for operations of one of the industry's largest student housing portfolio of 30,000 beds and was President of Ambling Management Company. For Ambling, he oversaw their student housing, conventional and tax credit portfolio of 225 apartment communities - 25,000
student housing beds, including property operations, leasing and marketing, residence life, technology initiatives, tax credit compliance and financial services.
Additionally, Bill has held senior management positions with Pinnacle Realty Management, Insignia Management Group (now AIMCO) and Duddlesten Management Company.
He has also participated in the on-going development of property management focused software to further the technology needs of the industry.

Eric oversees the Investment Management Division including all aspects of the firm`s capital markets, investment management
and disposition activities. Responsibilities include oversight of all the firm`s capital-raising efforts, the sourcing and
negotiation of institutional debt and equity, investor relations, asset management and dispositions. Eric also manages all the
firm`s legal affairs and coordinates work with outside law firms. Before joining Lane Company, Eric was an attorney with the
firm Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP.
